This is the third time the sea snakes to the State of California since October last year due to the impact of the El Niño weather phenomenon.

Before that, a live snake 61 cm in length are found in the beach of Ventura counties (March 10-2015) and a 68 cm long, serpent in the coast of Orange County (December 2015).

Snake found today 12-1 is the Yellow-bellied sea snake species, have the sting of very toxic. It is the second yellow belly snake to the American coast since 1972. All 3 above snake after death are the local biologist preservation.

Marine experts believe them under warm water flow is affected by the weather phenomenon El Niño ashore and then stuck.
Mr. Greg Pauly, Faculty curator of reptiles at the natural history Museum of Los Angeles County, California, said in addition to sea snakes, local residents also discovered that fish tuna, marlin and several species of tropical birds. He also warned people should not leave solid gold belly close if they met on the coast even though nobody died because of the snake.

According to research by the UNIVERSITY of the Waikiki Aquarium in Hawaii, the venom from yellow belly snake can cause respiratory failure, heart failure, paralysis and death. But it's not major concerns because he insisted of the snake fangs Pauly Yellow-bellied mouth very small and they could not open wide enough to bite the hit man.

Due to living in the cold water should be when the warm water, solid gold belly can't find food because their prey flee to cooler climates. The consequence is that many individuals weak or dead then drift to shore. The same yellow belly snake was discovered at the coast in the State of New South Wales-Australia recently.
